摘要
通过对消音器后环箍弯曲成形模的设计,介绍了考虑弹复补偿后,较大圆筒件成形模具的设计分析和模具结构。其中对预弯形状进行了重点分析,提出了考虑弹复补偿时预弯形状设计的思路。目前两套模具运行状态稳定可靠,可供同行在类似模具设计中参考。
Through the design of bending die for the back hoop of silencer, die design analysis and die structure for large cylinder part considering springback compensation was introduced. Shape of pre-bending was emphasized and the idea of pre-bending was brought forward in consideration of the springback compensation. Presently, two die run stably and reliably. The method proposed could act as a reference for similar die design.
