Academic Power Is Not An Opposite Conception With Administrative Power——question on dichotomy to academic power and administrative power

我国学者把高校中存在的权力现象简单地分为学术权力与行政权力,把学术权力简单地概括为学术人员所拥有和控制的权力,行政权力是行政人员享有的权力。实际上,学术权力是对学术事务的影响力或学术事务管理的权力,与行政权力不是一个对称概念。

Some researchers think simply there are only academic power and administrative power in our universities, and give conceptions that academic power is a power which teachers and researchers own and control, administrative power is a power that administrators have. In fact, academic power is a power of managing academic affairs, it is not an opposite conception with administrative power.
