摘要
目前世界范围内,制度改革已经成为大学改革的主旋律。与过去单一因素主导的大学制度改革模式相比,今天的大学制度改革更多的由多种因素综合决定。除此之外,大学制度改革模式还呈现出了从单一化到多样化,从依附到自主,从消极到积极的发展趋势。
Now institutional reform is the core of university reform in the world. Comparing the reform model of the past, the present reform model of university institutions is dominated by varied factors; Besides, the developmental tendency of the reform model of university institutions appears from single to diversity, from dependence to independence, from inactivity to activity.
