中国高等教育在全球语境下的发展,迫切要求高校提升内涵建设,扩大办学规模。大学城建设具有明显的经济效益和社会效益,但在建设过程中却存在着土地资源浪费严重、各高校蕴涵着巨大的金融风险、潜伏着“空壳化”隐患和无法实现教育资源共享等问题。为此,要推动大学城产、学、研一体化,大力发展民办教育,建立股份制学校,以保证大学城的可持续发展。

The development of China＇ s higher education requires colleges and universities urgently to enhance their content and culture, and to expand the size of campus. Building the University City has obvious economic and social benefits. However, in the constructing process, there are still many serious problems, such as the serious shortage of land resources, the huge financial risk in the universities, the hidden danger of ＂empty shell＂ and the unshare of educational resources and so on. For this reason, we must promote the integration of production, teaching and research of the University City, develop vigorously private education, establish the joint - stock schools to ensure the sustainable development of the University City.
