ICU在大型口腔癌手术后的监护作用和必要性

The function and necessity of ICU to supervise the patients after comprehensive oral cancer operations

目的:探讨ICU在大型口腔癌手术后监护治疗中的作用及必要性。方法:122例患者术前完善各项辅助检查,排除手术禁忌,均接受根治性手术。其中28例行气管切开术,其余94例患者保留气管插管,所有患者术后带气管套管转入ICU监护治疗。结果:122例患者术后无一例死亡,6例术后心电图出现心肌缺血,4例出现心律失常并及时纠正;3例患者拔管后出现呼吸道梗阻,经抢救后呼吸平稳。结论:ICU能够对大型口腔癌患者进行及时、连续和系统的严密监护和治疗,有利于降低术后死亡率。

PURPOSE： To investigate the function and necessity of ICU to supervise and cure the patients after comprehensive oral cancer operations. METHODS： 122 oral cancer patients were examined carefully and perfectly before operation. After radical operation, all the patients were transferred into ICU in order to be supervised and cured comprehensively. Tracheotomy was performed in 28 patients and tracheal incubation in 94 patients. RESULTS： There was no death after operation in 122 patients. After operation, 6 patients experienced myocardial ischemia, 4 patients developed cardiac arrhythmia and 3 patients had respiratory tract obstruction; and they were recurred after being salvaged promptly. CONCLUSION： ICU can offer timely, continuous, and systemic supervision to oral cancer patients after comprehensive operation, and reduce the postoperative death rate.
