汉简所见汉代官吏的任职制度论考

Proof of Government Official's Assignment System in Han Dynasty Illustrated in Bamboo Slips for Writing of Han Dynasty

文献典籍对汉代官吏的任职制度有着较为详细的记载,汉简文书则有许多任职的具体事例。本文拟利用汉简所记载的相关任职制度方面的资料,并结合传世典籍对汉代官吏兼任这种任职状况作一分析,试对两汉时期的职官任职制度做一论证。

The documents and ancient book and records have more detailed records on the government official＇s assignment system in Han Dynasty; the bamboo slips for writing of Han Dynasty have many concrete assignment stories. This article plans to analyze the situation of such assignment based on the correspondent or materials on the bamboo slips for writing re- corded in Han Dynasty, and to analyze the concurrent assignment condition of government officials of Han Dynasty according to the classical records and documents. It tries to prove the system of assignment for officials in Two Han Dynasties.
