浅谈艺术体操规则的变化对训练的影响

采用数理统训和比较研究法,通过对比2003版与2005版新旧规则的异同点。阐述艺术体操规则的变化对训练的影响。结果表明,完成分值所占总分的比例提高,"动作的完成"将成为解决艺体操比赛中成败的关键,艺术价值中的舞蹈分值提高,身体动作结合器械械动作的类型和数量有了明显的增加,具体表现在抛接方式的类型,以及器械运用的多样化等。成套难度动作的数量产生了较大变化,并取消了联合难度,难度动作以单个进行计算。转变训练观念,明确训练指导思想。

By using the methods of mathematical statistics and comparative studies, this article discusses new changes in current rhythmic gymnastics through the comparison of similarities and differences between the 2003 - edition rules and the 2005 - edition ones. The result shows that the proportion of completed score in the total points is raised, and the completion or movement becomes the decisive key of the success in the contest of rhythmic gymnastics. The proportion of choreography has been increased in the artistic value, and the number of movement with high degree of difficulty has been changed greatly, and the union difficulty has been cancelled. We should change the ideas of training, and definitely make training guide clear.
