摘要
以国家小麦区域试验东北早熟旱地组参试品种(系)为材料,研究了品质、产量性状间的关系。结果表明:籽粒产量与蛋白质、湿面筋含量等营养品质性状呈极显著负相关,与沉淀值、评价值、软化度相关不显著,与面团形成时间和稳定时间相关很小。蛋白质含量与湿面筋含量、评价值呈极显著正相关。沉淀值与面团形成时间、稳定时间、评价值呈极显著正相关。面团形成时间与稳定时间呈极显著正相关。因此该地区优质与高产结合改良的重点是协调籽粒产量与加工品质性状,同时通过各种技术手段充分利用蛋白质优质亚基组合。
The correlations between quality and yield characters of early-maturing spring wheat varieties from Northeast regional trials were studied. The results indicated that grain yield had significantly negative correlation with protein and wet gluten contents while not significant with zeleny sedimentation value, valorimeter value, degree of softening, dough development time and stable time. Significantly positive correlations were found out between protein content and wet gluten content, valorimeter value. Zeleny sedimentation value was also significantly correlated with dough development time, stable time and valorimeter value. Positive correlation between dough development time and stable time was extremely significant. So coordinating grain yield and processing quality of wheat is the key to achieve high yield and quality in this area,at the same time, the high-quality protein subunits combinations should be fully used through every kind of technology.
