摘要 双向电泳、质谱技术与信息技术是蛋白质组研究的主要技术。为满足高通量蛋白质组研究的需要,这些技术也在不断改进,同时也诞生了其它一些分析技术。本文对蛋白质组分析的主要技术与发展趋势进行了综述。
