摘要
介绍了直线电机的特点及工作特性,并针对永磁动圈式直线电机介绍了其性能测试与控制方法。最后介绍了直线电机的精密磨削加工中的应用实例。
Compared with traditional ball screw driving, linear motor features rapid response, higher instantaneons acceleration and deceleration (up to 1-6g), wider frequency response range and higher movement resolution. It has been used on modern NC machine tools. In this paper, the principle, features and working characters of linear motor are introduced performance test and control method of inductance linear motor are illusttraied. The paper also introduces the application of linear motor in precise grinding.
