Consideration on the Programming of Muricipal Water and Wastewater System

城市水资源的开发利用和保护涉及自然科学、社会科学和工程技术的许多领域,是一项复杂的系统工程。本文以系统科学理论为指导,构建了城市给排水系统的理论框架,分析了城市给排水系统的结构、内涵、要素和功能特征,探讨了城市给排水系统的依据、途径、类型和战略等,提出了加强城市给排水系统规划的解决方案。

To utilize and protect muricipal water resource is a difficult system engineering,which is related to nature science, social science and engineering technique, This paper conceives an idea of muricipal water and wastewater system based on system science theory, analyses the connotation, essential, frame, function and character,and discusses the gist, pass, type and stratagem dominate of muricipal water and wastewater system. At last, it puts forward some suggestions to enhance the muricipal water and wastewater system programming.
