摘要
依据系统工程技术的方法论、控制论原理,对危险性较大工程安全专项施工方案编制和审查的内容、程序、组织框架和技术路线进行理论和实践的探索。
Based on the methodology in System Engineering and principles in Control Theory, this paper provides the research in safety management for construction projects with relatively greater danger in theory and in practice, on content, process, organization structure and technical route in construction safety planning.
