氧化应激在腹主动脉瘤病理生理中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 炎症在腹主动脉瘤(AAA)发病机制中的作用已被肯定。炎症造成蛋白水解酶介导的细胞外基质的降解和血管壁的基质主要合成细胞(SMC)的凋亡。这两个过程相结合,使主动脉壁变薄、扩张而形成动脉瘤。炎症过程中,氧化应激始终增加,在炎症的病理生理中起重要作用。此外,在基质金属蛋白酶的调节和促SMC凋亡中,氧自由基(ROS)起关键作用。ROS还参与高血压(AAA的一个危险因子)的形成。
