辽宁省阜新农村地区高血压人群体质指数与糖代谢异常关系研究 被引量:6

The Study of Relationship between Body Mass Index and Impaired Glucose Metabolism among Adult Population with Hypertension in Fuxin Rural Area of Liaoning Province

摘要 目的了解辽宁省阜新农村地区高血压人群糖代谢异常与体质指数(BMI)的相关性。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,对辽宁阜新农村≥35岁高血压人群进行流行病学调查及实验室检查。将BMI按不同水平分级,使用SPSS11.5软件分析不同BMI水平的糖代谢异常率,并进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果该高血压人群中男女性超重检出率分别为32.7/和36.4/;肥胖检出率分别为6.2/和12.9/,女性高于男性(P<0.05)。空腹血糖受损(IFG)及IFG与糖尿病(DM)合计患病率男性高于女性(P<0.01)。男女性DM及IFG与DM合计患病率均随BMI水平的增高而增加(P<0.01)。调整其他危险因素后,DM患病风险随BMI水平的增高而增加,但IFG患病风险未见此趋势。结论辽宁省阜新农村地区高血压人群中BMI是糖代谢异常的独立相关因素。 Objective To study the relationship between different body mass index (BMI) and the prevalence of impaired glucose metabolism in rural hypertensive population over 35 yrs in Fuxin of Liaoning Province. Methods Through cluster multistage sampling, a resident (≥5 years) population with hypertension over 35 yrs was investigated, and their blood samples were analyzed at a central laboratory. They were divided into three groups according their BMI levels. SPSS 11.5 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results 6 412 hypertensive individuals (2 805 men and 3 607 women) aged 56.80±11.13 yrs were included in this study. The detective rate of the overweight and obesity were 32.7% and 6.2% in men, 36.4% and 12.9% in women, respectively. There were significantly higher prevalence of impaired fasting blood glucose (IFG) and IFG+diabetes mellitus (DM) in men than those in women. Both in men and women, the prevalence of DM and IFG+DM were increased with BMI levels (P〈O.O1). After adjustment, there were increasing risks for DM with increasing BMI levels. Conclusion The obesity was an important risk factor for impaired glucose metabolism among rural hypertensive individuals in Fuxin of Liaoning province.
