摘要 在制浆造纸过程中,由木材衍生出的树脂和胶粘物质经常会引起严重的沉积问题:这些物质如滞留纤维浆料中,将在纸机流浆箱、成型网、压榨部和干燥部积累,降低生产效率;若沉积物最后残留在纸页中,则会影响成纸的质量。这类物质一般能够借助筛选、净化、洗涤或浮选等方法去除。该文主要介绍了生产中已采用的控制树脂沉积的各种化学助剂及其化学和胶体行为,有助于在不同的情况下选择和使用不同的胶粘物控制剂。 Wood-derived pitch and tacky materials during pulp and papermaking often cause serious deposit problems on papermaking equipment, If these sticky materials remained in stock, they could build up within paper machine headboxes, forming fabrics, press sections and dryer sections, lowering production efficiency. If they retained in paper, it would decrease the product quality. Normally such substances could be removed by screening, cleaning, washing or flotation. This article mainly covers a variety of chemical additives that papermakers have used to control deposit problems, including their chemistry and colloidal behavior. It will be useful for selecting different stickies control agents.
