摘要
本文分析了存在摩擦条件下的注射模侧抽芯机构的力和运动传递关系,建立了该机构的优化模型,并设计了它的最佳运动方向。本文的优化方法可有效地减小斜导柱结构尺寸。
The transfering relations of force and motion for side core drawing device of injection mould on condition of friction are analysed,the optimization model for the device is presented, and its optimal motion direction is derived. The structure sizes of inclined guide pin can be decreased effectively by the optimization method.
