摘要
放电加工工艺作为模具加工的主要工艺手段,对模具寿命的影响已受到人们的普遍关注,通过对放电加工表面热变质层微观特性的分析,论述了造成模具早期失效的原因和机理,介绍了预防模具早期失效电加工工艺的措施。
As a main processing method for mould. The effect of the mould operating life for electro -discharge machining has been cared for more people. In this paper through the analyses of the microscopic character of the thermal degenerative layer. The mechanism causing the early inactivation of mould is discussed, and the measures to avoid it is also given.
