摘要
经工业性试验和多种手段的实验分析,证明了5J1580G双金属带材表面裂纹是由于Ni20Mn6热轧板在热加工过程中有过热现象,应严格执行有关热轧板的国家标准,避免不必要的经济损失。
Industrial-cale tests and metal-physics techniques showed that thc surface cracks on the strip of bimetal 5J1580G were caused by the scale form,surface defect, on the hot rolled Ni20Mn6 plate, and overheating during heating would be the occassion of the scale form surface defects- It is suggested that the national standards on the hot rollcd plate should be stric-tly implemented, thercfore, to avoid unnecessary economic losses.
