老年人术后认知功能障碍的研究与防治 被引量：7

摘要 术后认知功能障碍（postoperation cognitive dysfunction．POCD）是指患者在全身麻醉术后出现的中枢神经系统并发症．常发生于接受大手术或急诊手术后的老年患者．其临床特点为认知能力减退、焦虑、记忆受损、语言理解能力和社会融合能力减退。这种认知功能、独立能力及技巧的变化称为POCDE。
