摘要
利用键合图模型知识表达方式,可创建系统设备之间的复杂因果推理关系,从而生成故障树,进行系统的故障诊断。文中以锅炉给水泵为对象,提出一种基于键合图理论的定性故障诊断方法。在介绍故障树和键合图基本理论后,提出利用键合图生成故障树的概念,然后通过给水泵系统的键合图模型,给出了基于倒置因果分析方法的给水泵故障树,并为因果树中元素分配了定性值,利用故障树边界层元素的定性值分析法,定位出引起给水泵初始故障集的故障源。此方法具有定性故障诊断的优点,通过给水泵动态特性的仿真结果验证了该方法的正确性。
Knowledge representation using bond graph modeling can create complex cause and effect inference relations between system equipments and establish fault trees to realize system fault diagnosis. A qualitative fault diagnosis method based on bond graph for feed water pump was proposed After introducing fault trees and bond graph theory, the concept using bond graph to built fault trees is provided. A bond graph model of feed water pump was established firstly, a fault tree based on cause and effect analysis by back propagation was developed and qualitative value of parameters was assigned. The fault source for initial fault set was detected by analyzing boundary parameters of fault trees. The approach mentioned above has an advantage of qualitative fault diagnosis and its effectiveness is verified by simulation result of feed water pump dynamic characteristic.
