摘要
为了解特殊学校校长在教师绩效评估实践中所关心的具体问题,采用开放式问卷和焦点小组讨论两种方式,对30名特殊学校校长进行调查。结果发现,当前特殊学校校长最为关心的具体问题主要有"评估指标难以操作和量化"、"评估指标没有照顾不同岗位工作性质的差异"、"评估没有能从实质上激励和促进教师的专业发展"等。建议特殊学校将绩效评估目的主要定位于促进教师发展,基于工作分析构建评估指标体系,并在评估过程中注重多主体的参与。
To understand special school principals' main concern in practices of assessment on teachers' performance, this paper investigates 30 special school principals from 20 provinces with open questionnaire and focused group discussion. The research findings suggest that the main concerns of principals include: 1 ) The asscssment indicator is difficult to operate and quantify; 2) The assessment indicator does not cater for teachers in different positions ; 3) The assessment does not facilitate teachers' professional development virtually. To improve assessment on teachers' performance, special school principals should pay more attention to teachers' development, construct assessment indicator system on the basis of job analysis, and provide more opportunities for concerned bodies to take part in the assessment.
