模板的优化设计

摘要 模板是一种多级传力的临时结构,传力路线一般是:荷载→模板面板→内楞→外楞→立柱(或对拉螺栓),当模板的用料确定后,模板的构造有多种可能的组合。本文应用优选法,用PKPM软件作为计算的工具,对模板设计进行优化,最后提出可供施工使用的板、梁、墙构件的模板最佳配置。 Formwork is a kind of temporary structure of multilevel force transfer, the force transfer route is usually as follow: load→form→inner ridge→outer ridge→post (or bolt), after fixing the material of formwork, there are manifold possible compages of formation of formworks. The optimum seeking method Which the famous mathematician Hua Luogeng sparkplugs is applied in this paper, the PKPM software is chose as computational tool, the design of formworks is optimized, finally a best formwork compage of members such as slab, girder and wall is put forward.
