女子高等职业技术院校如何坚持高职教育的一般规律与女性教育的特殊性相统一,人才培养的一般要求与女性人才培养的特殊要求相统一,形成自身的办学特色,需要不断探索和总结。以广东女子职业技术学院为例,介绍在专业设置、课程体系构建、教学方法改革、素质教育实施和校园文化建设等方面探索具有女校特色的高职教育模式的理论和实践。

How female higher vocational colleges persist in reunification on common rules of higher vocational and particularity of women education, and also satisfy the general requirements of personnel training and peculiar female personnel training requirements, need to probe and sum up. Taking Guangdong Women Polytechnic College as an example, this paper introduces major setting up, curriculum structures, teaching method reforms, quality education and campus culture construction. And it explores the theory and practice of higher vocational education pattern with female characteristics.
