论学报编辑的自律意识

On the Self-disciplinary Consciousness of College Journal Editors

近年来,学术界的不良学风已造成了严重危害,其中一个重要原因是学报编辑人员自律意识淡薄,因此,学报编辑人员要充分认识强化自律意识的重要性,把自律意识建设和出版工作者的神圣使命、职业形象与精神文明建设联系起来进行。学报编辑应树立三种自律意识:即道德自律意识、学术自律意识和行业自律意识,坚定不移地防范学术腐败现象滋生蔓延,无愧于"人类灵魂工程师"的称号。

In recent years, the unhealthy tendency of academic circles has led to very severe social harms. One of the important reasons is poor self- disciplinary consciousness of college journal editors. Therefore, college journal editors should think much of self- disciplinary consciousness, at the same time pay attention to the publishers＇ sacred missions, vocational impression and spiritual civilization. College journal editors should build up the self- disciplinary consciousnesses on morality, learning and profession, and guard against the pervasiveness of academic corruption. In this way, the college journal editors can be regarded as ＂the engineer of human souls＂.
