电视节目播出的安全陛不仅仅依赖于质量优良的电视播出设备，还在很大程度上依赖于电视播出技术人员精湛的维护与管理技术。随着电视技术的数字化、信息化和网络化，现代电视播出系统和传统电视播出系统已有很大差别，电视播出系统的维护管理已由单一走向多元化，这就对我们电视播出系统维护人员提出了新的要求。通过对当前困难与挑战的分析，提出一套适应现代电视播出技术维护管理的新方法、新模式。

The security and stability of the TV programs broadcasting rely on not only the TV transmission apparatus of high quality, but also the excellent maintenance and management of such apparatus by operators. With the introduction of digitalization, informatization and network-building, a significant difference has emeged between the modern and traditional TV transmission system. For a qualified maintenance and management of the modern system, operators need to master muhidisciplinary knowledge and skills and adopt a new approach. This article presents certain proposals on the new approach after the analyses of the difficulties and challenges arising from the modem system.
