Influences of uncertain information and actions on collision avoidance at sea

在简要阐述海上船舶避碰原理与所需信息的基础上,分析和讨论在船舶避碰过程中各种不确定信息与行动的产生原因和特征;探讨在航海模拟器上从事调查和研究海上船舶避碰中不确定行动与信息的方法;就船员在航海模拟器上参加海事安全教学与技能培训的过程中如何正确认识和掌握船舶避碰中可能发生的不确定信息与行动以避免船舶碰撞事故的发生提出一些建议.

On the basic knowledge of the principle and required information for collision avoidance, the causes, characteristics and influences of the uncertain information and actions for preventing collision at sea are analyzed and discussed. The resources and effects of the investigations about the uncertain information and actions of collision avoidance with the navigation simulator are emphasized. Some ideas are provided for the officers to recognize the uncertain information and actions through the training with the navigation simulators.
