摘要
介绍上海外高桥二期码头建造的世界一流的全自动、无人化集装箱空箱堆场.该堆场采用具有自主知识产权的高、低架轨道龙门吊与中转平台相结合的接力式集装箱堆场装卸新工艺,结合数字通信、自动控制技术、三维堆场管理与规划技术,实现对集装箱堆场无人化的高效自动装卸.
A fully automated and unmanned container yard of the second-phase wharf in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Terminal is introduced. The yard utilizes a new type process with own knowledge property right, and improves the handling efficiency. The process combines a low Cantilever Rail Mounted Gantry Crane (CRMG), a high Double-trolley Rail Mounted Gantry Crane (DRMG) and container buffers between CRMG and DRMG, and uses digital communication technology, automation technology and 3D yard management and planning technology.
