肝硬化血液透析患者营养状况分析及护理对策

The Analysis on the Nutrition Condition and Nursing Method to the Patients with Cirrhosis Hemodialysis

目的预防和改善肝硬化血液透析患者的营养不良状况,提高患者的生活质量。方法调查分析在我院进行血液透析治疗的肝硬化患者营养状况,依据引起其营养不良的相关因素,制定有针对性的护理对策。结果通过对营养不良患者护理措施的实施并在实施的过程中不断加以改进,有效的预防和改善了患者的营养不良状况,并使患者的生活质量有所提高。

Objective Prevent and improve malnutfitional state of patients with cirrhosis who have undergone hemodialysis so as to improve the patients＇ life quality. Methods By investigating and analyzing the nutritional state of the patients with cirrhosis undergoing hemodialysis in our hospital, we worked out strategies for nursing care according to related factors which resulted to malnutrition. Results The carrying out and adjustment of strategies for nursing care efficiently prevented and made the patients＇ malnutritional state better and thus improved their life quality.
