摘要
针对近5年来35例糖尿病透析患者内瘘的特殊性,做好内瘘术前、术后护理。根据患者具体情况科学使用内瘘,使糖尿病透析患者的内瘘成功使用率得到有效提高,有效的延长内瘘使用寿命。
In view of the particularity of internal fistula from 35 dialyzed patients with diabetes in recent 5 years, getting ready for the preoperative and postoperative internal fistula＇ s nursing is very essential. And according to the patients＇ specific situation, through using internal fistula scientifically, the rate of successful utilization of internal fistula can be improved efficiently and the service life of internal fistula also can be prolonged effectively.
