摘要
为了完成信息的收集、整理、传递和分析,实现信息大范围、有控制、高效率、低成本的共享和利用,并及时、主动地获取决策所需的信息以辅助决策,急需对现代化办公自动化系统进行深入研究。介绍了J2EE构架、Web技术和办公自动化的现状,对基于Web和J2EE的办公自动化系统进行了研究。提出了基于Web和J2EE的OA系统模型,给出了该模型的基本框架、实现方案和模型特点。以××区委办公自动化系统的开发和实现为实例,验证了模型的正确性和有效性。系统在实际使用中,能够满足高效率处理日常工作的需要,有效地完成各项工作,具有较高的理论和实际意义。
In order to complete the collecting, processing, transferring and analysis the information, achieve the largescale, manipulative, low cost share and using, achieve the required information timely and actively for decision making, it is urgent to study the modem office automation system. For this reason, this paper introduces the concepts of J2EE, WWW and office automation, and studies the office automation system based on the Web and J2EE. It proposes the office automation system model based Web and J2EE, presents the elementary framework, implementation scheme and advantages of the proposed model. Design and implementation of an office automation system suggest that this proposed model is correct and valid. In practice, this software can meet with the routine needs of handling daily procedures and rituals with greater efficiency for government. It is of great theoretical and practical implication.
