摘要
铝箔高速高精轧制技术是我国铝箔生产发展的技术关键.本文从改进下位机控制策略和功能、改变上位机机型和控制软件、研制全密封高精度传感器、进行轧辊修型改善板形、深入频谱分析消除振痕、完善工艺提高润滑性能等六方面说明铝箔高速高精轧制技术的关健问题。
The technique of rolling Al-foil with high precision and high speed is the key for developing Al-foil manufacture in our country. In this paper,the key of rolling Al-foil precisely and speedily is demonstrated in the follwing 6 aspects: (1) the improvement of the tactics and functions of lower position mechanism; (2) the change of the type and soft ware of control of upper-position mechanism;(3) the preparation of transducer with fully sealing and high precision;(4) modification of the pattern of roller and improvement of the type of plate; (5) elimination of the trace of vibration with frequency spectral analysis and (6) enhancement of lubricity by comsumatc of technology.
