The market demands of the domestic used construction machinery is increasing,however,the entire marketplace is failing to change till now due to the distempered market.Under the proposal of China Second Hand Association and China Equipment Leasing And Used Equipment Committee,the proseminar based on the theme is'Standard the circulating order,setting-up the circulating criterion'was hold in Beijing on July 28th,2007.The attenders are from the relative governments,construction machinery manufactures, leasing enterprises etc.So,and we will witness the new renovation of the standardization on the used equipment market again.
