泉给济南这座城带来了灵性，泉成了济南的魂，是济南人世世代代引以为豪的象征。可是，从什么时候起，受各种自然和人为因素的影响，泉城正在一天天地失去她旧日“家家泉水，户户垂杨”的迷人风采。曾经赫赫有名的七十二名泉有20余处已经消失不再，还有一些也面临干涸的命运，就连人们耳熟能详的趵突泉、黑虎泉也遭遇停喷……泉水、泉城的命运让济南人忧心。
