摘要
用卧式电渣熔铸方法生产复合双金属材料，复合层厚度可以达到２０～３０ｍｍ。两种材料熔合处无裂纹、夹渣。电渣熔铸的复合层金属质量好，可满足不同工况需要。
The ESC process for cladding material was studied in this paper. The cladding thickness is 20～30 mm. There is no crackle and double layered slag in the welding seam. The quality of the cladding material refined in ESC process is improved.
