摘要 随着电力市场的商品化发展,电能质量受到广泛关注.电压波动和闪变是电能质量的重要指标之一.按照国际电工标准规定,分析了电压波动与闪变检测的各个环节,在simulink下建立了闪变仪模型,依据生成视感度系数序列的大小,编制计算短时闪变严重度的程序,结果表明该算法简单,相对误差小,方法简便实用,统计精度高. Increasing development of power market has given rise to growing interest concerning the quality of the electric power. One of the important factors is voltage fluctuation and flicker. According with IEC61000-4-15, the paper concentrates on the calculation method of flicker emission, demonstrates the expression of voltage fluctuation and flicker, builds the simulink model of flicker, makes calculation program of short term flicker severity. The result indicates that the calculated relative error is small enough to fulfil the error condition.
