摘要 本文计算了Anderson-Hubbard系统的表面传导电子能和自旋波,发现系统表面传导电子能明显不同于系统内部传导电子能,这正好可以说明Anderson-Hubbard系统的表面特性是有异常的.对于自旋波谱的研究发现,自旋波谱不仅与自旋向上和向下的电子数有关,而且还与化学势有关. We calculated the surface conduction-electron energy and spin-waves of Anderson-Hubbard system. We found the surface conduction-electron energy was different from the internal conduction-electron energy. This can be used to explain the peculiarities on the surface of Anderson-Hubbard system. By studying spinwaves spectrum, we found spin-waves spectrum depended on both the number of spin-up and down electrons and chemical potential.
