摘要
利用可见光及紫外分光光度法测定酸浆宿萼总黄酮含量,可见光分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,硝酸铝作显色剂,在510 nm波长测定总黄酮含量.紫外分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,在359 nm波长测定总黄酮含量.经过比较,认为紫外分光光度法是一种较理想的测定方法.
Total flavonoid in Persistent Calyx of Physalis alkekengiL. Var. Francheti （Mast,） Makino was determinded by UV or VIS spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510 nm or 359 nm with rutin as contrast sample and Al（NO3）3 as revealing agent. The comparison of determination results obtained fromVISand UV speetrophotometry was done and the latter was proved to he a better method for determinination of total flavonoid content in Persistent Calyx of Physalis alkekengiL. Vat. Francheti （Mast.） Makino.
