摘要
采用直接法制备传代细胞染色体标本、常规Giemsa染色、显微镜下计数中期分裂相染色体数目的方法对5个双翅目昆虫细胞系进行了染色体分析。结果显示:C6/36染色体众数为6,为二倍体细胞系;SL2染色体众数为8~12,超二倍体细胞系;L-2/M delta 2-3染色体众数为8~20,超二倍体细胞系;Aedes albopictus Skuse染色体众数为6,为二倍体细胞系;NIH-SaPe-4染色体众数为10条,为二倍体或亚二倍体细胞系。与来源细胞相比,以上5种细胞染色体数目没有发生根本性的改变。
The Chromosome analysis of 5 Diptera insect cell lines was made by direct method, with regular Giemsa staining. Chromosomes of these cells in metaphase were counted under the microscope. The chromosome numbers and their nuclear types were analyzed. C6/36 belonged to diploid cell lines and its chromosome mode was 6. SL2 belonged to hyperdiploid cell lines and its chromosome mode range was 8 -12. L-2/M delta 2-3 belonged to hyperdiploid cell lines and its chromosome mode range was 8 -20. Aedes albopictus Skuse belonged to diploid cell lines and its chromosome mode was 6. NIH-SaPe-4 belonged diploid or hypodiploid cell lines and its chromosome mode was 10. Chromosome numbers in the 5 cell lines were not completely changed.
