摘要
根据不锈钢板的力学性能试验结果，分析了不锈钢薄板拉深成形中的摩擦特点；结合润滑剂中各种添加剂的吸附类型，提出了根据不同的拉深变形程度选用不同添加剂的原则；并初步分析了几种常用添加剂的性能及作用，为配制各种适用润滑剂作了有益的探讨。
On the basis of tested mechanical property of stainless steel sheet,analyses its friction feature during drawing process In accordance with adsorption type presents principles to select additives for different drwaing coefficient.Preliminary analyses characteristics of several additives and their effects.The valuable discussion is made for preparing all kinds of applicable additives.
