高等教育由"精英教育"到"大众化教育"思想的变革与社会变迁相互作用,从而进一步揭示了高等教育与社会变迁的关系。文章从高等教育改革是社会变迁的结果、动因和条件三方面分析高等教育改革与社会变迁的关系。

The interaction of reforms of higher education thought from ＂Elite Education＂ to ＂ Mass Education＂ and social changes shows the relationship between them. This article tries to analyze the relationship in three aspects： higher education reforms are the result, reason and condition of social changes.
