With the fast development of higher education today, universities arc no longer traditional ＂tower of ivory＂, Along with the increasing of exchanges activities, the construction of universities＇public relations becomes more and more important. This paper analyzes how the reception work promotes the change and development of universities＇productive forces under the new situation.
