摘要
当前,我国非营利组织发展已初具规模,但现实中,由于多种原因,我国非营利组织的发展规模、功能结构以及其特征还体现得不够,在政府组织、市场组织和社会自治组织三位一体的治理网络中的功能还很欠缺,其角色定位存在很大问题。这是主体因素和环境因素交互作用的结果,应该从完善制度规范,改善政府管理,加强非营利组织自身建设入手予以解决。
At present, non -profit organizations have been shaped a scale roughly in China, however, in reality, for many reasons, the development scale, functional structure and the features of our country＇s non -profit organizations have not embodied enough, and the three - to - one management network, which makes up of government market and society autonomous organization, has many shortcomings. Besides, there is a big problem in its orientation of role. It is the interaction of human and environment; moreover, it should be resolved in the facets of oerfecting, the rules and laws. imoroving, the management of government and strengthening the constructions itself.
