道歉策略使用差异的跨文化研究及对英语教学的启示

Cross-cultural Study on Using Apology Strategy and Its Implications for English Teaching

人们不仅用语言来传递信息,而且通过语言来完成各种行为如道歉,这样的行为被称为言语行为。文章从不同的角度对道歉进行定义和研究,研究发现不同文化下道歉策略的使用是不同的。造成这种不同的原因主要来自社会现实以及作为社会现实一部分的文化的不同。这就要求我们在进行外语教学的时候要注意对学生进行文化教学,并且注重学生语用能力的培养。

People use language not only to transfer information but also to perform all kinds of acts such as apology. This kind of act is called speech act. This paper defines and researches apology from different angles and finds out that because of different social reality and cultures, the selection of apology strategies is different across countries, h requires that we should pay attention to culture teaching and fostering students＇ pragmatic competence.
