当前,谈论幼儿早期教育似乎有"小学化倾向"、"重教轻养"之嫌。其实,人们在强调游戏对儿童身心发展作用的同时,忽略了对儿童进行有目的、有计划的教学活动过程的探索,有的甚至将教学等同于游戏,对教学认识问题上的这种偏差,也必然导致行为偏差。本文试图从教学系统的要素过程、教学过程优化的特点与标准、幼儿园教学过程优化的实施等方面作些探讨。
