KTP激光治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁(附58例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 采用新型KTP激光治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁患者58例,手术均一次成功,手术时间20-60 min。术中术后无出血、穿孔等并发症发生。术后留置尿管4-7d,拔除尿管后3 d测尿流率较术前改善明显。随访6-12个月,5例尿线变细,经尿管软扩张后治愈,余排尿通畅。认为新型KTP激光治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁安全、有效,尤其适用于小孔型尿道狭窄与完全闭锁者。
