早期非小细胞肺癌组织中Cyclin E、Ki67的表达及意义 被引量：2

摘要 采用免疫组化ABC法检测62例早期非小细胞肺癌组织中Cyclin E、Ki67表达,用术后无病生存率(DFS)评估预后,分析二者的关系。结果Cyclin E阳性表达组的DFS明显低于阴性表达组;Ki67高表达者DFS低。Cyclin E和Ki67的表达与术后预后有关,特别是腺癌组。认为为提高非小细胞肺癌术后生存率,癌组织中Cyclin E阳性和Ki67高表达者,需密切随访和进一步治疗。
