摘要
新型支架用钛合金不含铝、钒等对人体有害的其他元素,而且材料的力学相容性和生物相容性均令人满意。近几年来,激光雕刻管式血管内支架在治疗人体腔道狭窄性病变中应用广泛,本文研究了钛合金支架在设计当中应考虑的因素,如径向支撑强度、柔顺性、血管壁金属覆盖面积等。提出:新型支架用钛合金具有良好的力学相容性和血液相容性,并已经通过包括溶血试验在内的9种生物相容性评价。随着支架制作材料及工艺的改进,材料表面工程和组织工程研究的不断深入,血管内支架的研究必将得到不断的创新和发展。
The new titanium alloy stent doesn't contain Al, V and other harmful elements, and has satisfactory mechanical and biological compatibilities. In recent years, the titanium alloy stent of tubular structure was gradually and widely applied in the vascular narrow treatment ions. But some factors must be considered for the stent design, such as, the percentage of shortening on expansion, the metallic surface area, the longitudinal flexibility, etc. With improving the material and processes and developing the surface engineering and material engineering, the titanium alloy stent will be innovated and developed continuously.
