电工电子教学实验中心管理体制的改革与实践

Reform and practice of managing system of electrician & electron teaching experiment center

介绍了华中科技大学电工电子教学实验中心的改革与实践情况。通过优化整合仪器资源、合理设置岗位、培养实验队伍、管理规范化和制度化、建设信息平台及建立安全保障制度等方面的改革措施，建立了一套合理有效的运行机制和管理体制，提高了实验中心管理水平，使之成为首批国家级电工电子教学实验示范中心。

The reform and practice of Electrician ＆ Electron Teaching Experiment Center of Huazhong University of Science ＆ Technology （HUST） are introduced in this paper. A serial reform measures are used to construct a reasonable and effective performing system and management system, such as optimizing device resources, setting reasonable positions, training excellent experiment group, standardizing management, building information platform, establishing safeguard system, and et al. The reform and practice, as a result, improves management, and makes the Electrician ＆ Electron Experiment Center of HUST become national electrician ＆ electron experiment teaching demonstration center.
