摘要
根据新老混凝土粘结面的粘结机理和渗透特性,提出了在老混凝土粘结面凿槽加大渗流路径的方法,来提高新老混凝土粘结面的抗渗性能。通过带凹槽的老混凝土粘结面与新混凝土粘结的复合圆台柱体试件的渗透性能对比试验研究,分析了凹槽宽度、粗糙度、界面剂等对粘结面渗透性能的影响。结果表明,采用在老混凝土表面凿槽的方法,可大幅度提高新老混凝土粘结面的抗渗性能,并将该方法应用于某水闸新老混凝土粘结面的处理,取得了满意效果。
Based on the bonding mechanism and permeability of repair interfacial layer between new and old concrete, an idea to significantly increase bonding impermeability by means of chipping notch groove on the old concrete was proposed. The permeability of new-old concrete bonding interface with notch groove in cylindrical specimens is studied experimentally. The influences of notch groove width, roughness, and bonding agent on the permeability are investigated. The test results show that the impermeability of the interfacial with notch groove is greater than that of fresh-old concrete interface. The method had been used to repairing a hydraulic concrete project and indicated that the method is suitable effective.
