摘要
在改装车的稳定性设计中,目前普遍忽略车辆质心偏移及悬架变形带来的影响,这对于某些左右结构不对称、质心较高的车辆,或者在复杂路况下工作的特种车辆来讲,计算精度不能满足要求。以导弹试验车的稳定性设计为例,考虑悬架变形和质心偏移的影响,建立了车辆在平路转弯和横坡直线行驶两种工况下的侧翻临界状态力学模型,给出了参数准备及数据处理方法,同时对发射车纵向稳定性进行了校验。
In the vehicles stability design, the vehicles gravity-center displacement and the suspension distortion have usually been neglected, To certain special vehicles, the computing precision of this method cannot meet the needs of actual design. Taking stability design of the missile testing vehicle as an example, the influences of suspension distortion and the gravity-center displacement were considered, the mechanical equations of the vehicle in two typical situations was established. The methods of parameter preparation and data processing were proposed. And the verifications to the longitudinal stability and the launch stability were carried on.
